The equipment we use:
Air decontamination Turbo Jet Air Decontamination Vacuum that optimizes at 5000CFM
Truck mounted Air Compressor (250 PSI)
HEPA filtrated Vacuum that is used to pre-vacuum vents and loosen dust in the ducting
Airline hose with an attached air brush that runs up to 30 feet into each duct to further loosen dust into our Turbo Jet Air Decontamination Vacuum
Rotary brushes for heavily encrusted ducts to help loosen the particulates within ducting systems
What we do:
Remove all registers and plug all vents with a foam block (encased in a plastic bag) to provide negative pressure
Hook up our Turbo Jet Air Decontamination Vacuum to ducting systems at the plenum or nearest supply vent
Insert our air brush into each vent, cleaning and sweeping the dust into our vacuum
Hand-wash all registers (metal boots located in the floor) then place them back in position
Clean cold air returns and hand wash grills
Clean the furnace interior, releasing loose dust into our Turbo Jet Air Decontamination Vacuum (Coils can be vacuumed of loose dust but if they are heavily soiled, it may require a certified HVAC technician to services and/or replace—not part of our service)
When our process is complete, we will run your system to ensure that everything is in proper working order
